Are you ready to step into the fullness of who God created you to be? ~Rev. Stormyee Edmonson
Rev. Stormyee Edmonson is an ordained minister and faith-based Christian life coach who has been serving God’s people for over a decade. From an early age, I recognized God’s calling on my life—a deep knowing that I was set apart for His purposes. “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart” (Jeremiah 1:5). My journey has been one of transformation, surrender, and ultimately, wholehearted devotion to Jesus Christ.
Since 2010, I have walked alongside individuals seeking God's will for their lives, providing biblical life coaching, spiritual mentorship, and ministerial guidance through both in-person and virtual sessions. My calling is to help believers discover their God-given identity, heal from past wounds through the redemptive work of Christ, and step boldly into their divine purpose. I integrate biblical counseling principles, prayer, Scripture meditation, and Holy Spirit-led discernment to facilitate deep, lasting transformation rooted in the Word of God.
My approach centers on the truth that lasting change comes not from human effort alone, but through surrender to God and the renewing work of the Holy Spirit. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” (2 Corinthians 5:17). I lovingly guide you to encounter God personally, to hear His voice through Scripture, and to experience the healing and freedom that only Jesus provides. Together, we address the whole person—spirit, soul, and body—because God cares about every aspect of your life. Through biblical wisdom and compassionate support, I help you gain godly perspective, understand your life’s events through the lens of Scripture, and experience deep healing that transforms your heart and renews your mind.
My passion is to be a faithful servant who points others to Christ. “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden” (Matthew 5:14). I serve as a lighthouse for those navigating stormy seas—not through my own power, but through the light of Christ that shines through me. My greatest joy is witnessing the transformation that occurs when someone encounters the living God and steps into the abundant life He promises. “This is who I have been called to be: a minister of the Gospel, a facilitator of Christ-centered healing, and a guide who walks alongside believers as they discover God’s purpose for their lives.” ~Rev. Stormyee Edmonson
God has given me a special love and compassion for His creation, particularly animals. This gift has been evident since childhood, when animals—both domesticated and wild—would naturally come to me. I believe God entrusted humanity with the stewardship of His creation (Genesis 1:26), and this sacred responsibility fills my heart with reverence and joy. “The righteous care for the needs of their animals” (Proverbs 12:10). My love for animals reflects God’s heart for all He has made, and I’m grateful for the connection He’s given me with these precious creatures.

There are several things that I hear when I meet with a new client like, "You are going to think I am a mess when you see inside of me or please do not judge me when you see what is going on in my head" and a myriad of other similar statements that display a sense of vulnerability and a desire to be accepted as we are.
Let’s face it, when I’ve gone to someone who does a similar type of work as I do in the distant past I’ve had the same thought occur in my mind; Oh what if they think poorly of me for my choices or what will they think of me regarding this issue?!? Yes, even I have felt this in the past.
I want to help you understand the heart posture from which I serve, because when you grasp this truth, you’ll feel free to bring your whole self—struggles, doubts, sins, and all—into our coaching relationship without fear of condemnation.
Scripture teaches us that opposite spiritual states cannot coexist. Light dispels darkness. Truth overcomes lies. Love casts out fear. “There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear” (1 John 4:18). Similarly, gratitude and anger cannot occupy the same space in your heart simultaneously. When bitterness rises, the biblical antidote is thanksgiving. “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus” (1 Thessalonians 5:18).
Let me give you a practical tool rooted in Scripture: When you feel anger rising, pause and practice gratitude. Take a breath, close your eyes, and call to mind God’s faithfulness—His provision, His mercy, His presence. Think of someone who has shown you Christ’s love. Thank God for them. Place your hand over your heart and breathe in His peace. “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6-7). This is not positive thinking—it’s biblical truth transforming your heart.
As a minister and coach, I can only serve you effectively when I approach you from a posture of Christ-like love and compassion. Judgment, criticism, and condemnation have no place in my work because they have no place in the heart of Jesus toward His children. “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus” (Romans 8:1). I meet with God daily, asking Him to give me His heart for the people I serve—to see you as He sees you, to love you as He loves you.
Vulnerability is not weakness; it’s the pathway to healing and freedom. When you bring your hidden struggles into the light of Christ’s love, shame loses its power. I invite you to embrace vulnerability as an act of faith—trusting that God’s grace is sufficient and that in your weakness, His strength is made perfect (2 Corinthians 12:9).
For over 10 years, I have maintained a daily spiritual discipline that shapes how I serve. Every morning before my feet touch the floor, I pray two things:
1. “God, grant me an understanding heart” (echoing Solomon’s prayer in 1 Kings 3:9)
2. “Lord, help me see every person I meet today as Your beloved child, created in Your image. Show me Your love for them, and let me reflect that love.”
This daily practice roots me in Christ’s compassion before I encounter the day’s challenges. Am I perfect? Absolutely not. I stumble, I misstep, I fall short of God’s glory—just like every other believer. “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). But I’m committed to growth, sanctification, and becoming more like Jesus each day. I welcome correction, embrace humility, and celebrate the refining work God does in my life.
When I sit with a client, I come prepared—not just with coaching tools and biblical knowledge, but with a heart postured in prayer. I’ve already asked God to help me see you as He sees you: precious, loved, and full of potential. I’ve asked Him for an understanding heart, for wisdom, and for the Holy Spirit’s guidance. “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you” (James 1:5).
From this place of Christ-centered love, judgment is impossible. I don’t see you through the lens of criticism or condemnation—I see you through the lens of the Gospel. You are a child of God, created in His image (Genesis 1:27), deeply loved, and called to a specific purpose. My role is to help you discover and walk in that calling.
What I want you to know is this: It is safe to be fully yourself with me. Your vulnerability is sacred, and I guard it fiercely. Like a lioness protecting her cubs, I hold your story, your struggles, and your secrets with absolute loyalty and confidentiality. You can trust that you’ll be met with grace, compassion, and the unwavering love of Christ.
